It was such an amazing experience. AC/DC have been, are and will be, one of my favorite bands ever. How many times have i listened at "Thunderstruck"? Impossible to say! But seeing them live is an injection of adrenaline. Brian's voice is so strong, it dominates the music. And how about Angus? His moves, his duck walk and riffs make the whole thing unforgettable: That 15 minutes solo on Let There Be Rock made the crowd go mad. They have class, they have talent, they have a gift, they love their music and their fans. Some 100.000 fans arrived from all over Italy for this event. Many were in the pit, dancing and headbanging, some were on the Rivazza hill, sitting and enjoying music and view. Too many were more worried about using phones than listening to music. But we are in this era, where emotions are to be shared on social networks, inspite of being deeply felt and lived. Anyway, Ac/Dc have a standard way of playing live, they are "HARD", from the beginning, their last success, Rock or Bust, to the end, the superclassic "For Those About to Rock (we salute you)". They never slow down, they never let you breath or have a break. Thisis what makes them unique and worth another chance.
I mean, should they play again in my Country, i will surely be there!
They are not perfect, of course, there have been a few mistakes, during the gig, but this means they are human beings and not machines and are still able, at their age, to make people lose any control on their bodies and minds. Thanks, Angus, Brian, Cliff, Steve and Chris, you've made my life better!
